Our Mexico manager is Richard from Los Ekis. We are very privileged to be working with such an amazing person.
We are currently on a five week visit to Japan until mid February, setting the groundwork for future development here as we plan to return again and again. With Maja being a fluent Japanese speaker, we are meeting promoters and venues and playing a few shows and open mics.
On Friday February 6, we are special guests on a six band bill at the prestigious venue Rokudemonai – this essentially translates as, ‘Ain’t nothin’ but…rock.’

Who Are We?
We are Mark and Maja
We play explosive and hugely catchy acoustic rockpop with a punk attitude and an 80s vibe.
We write songs and tour and write about our experiences in The Diaries.
And here is our debut book, Music, Love and Impossibilities. You can order it from us from our store.

Taking place in early 2021 and told with day to day diary entries, at times the book reads like a suspense thriller as it covers our wildly eventful first three months together.
All of our subsequent adventures have been written in the same style as the story continues to this day making this the first in a proposed series. There is already enough for a further two or three books and counting.
What follows next is our move to rural Ireland, two European tours, extensive playing around Ireland, and the move to London. Then a Mexican tour managed by Richard from Los Ekis, during 2025. We have played well over a hundred shows and, among other things, are planning to tour Japan during 2026 with Maja being fluent in Japanese.

This is what we do
We believe society wants and needs new music that comes from the heart
Streaming pays next to nothing
Bars generally don't pay original acts, but we understand and have no problem with that
Which is exactly why we have the hat
Please think of the Donate button as the online equivalent of the hat and help keep us on the road
